The cake which you made for my Mother-in-Law's 80th Birthday (27.09.2009) was simply stunning. So much thought went into it as it had an Irish theme, using the colours of the Irish flag and the detail in the flower arrangement, including shamrock, was amazing, they looked so real and the sponge cake was delicious!
