Our Cakes

 

All of our cakes are baked by us. We use high quality ingredients and free range eggs.

Our standard recipes are:

 

Vanilla Sponge
Lemon Sponge
Chocolate Sponge
Lemon and Almond Cake
Chocolate Mud Cake (our favourite!)
Carrot Cake
Light Fruit Cake
Rich Fruit Cake

 

Our sponge cakes are filled with buttercream and jam or lemon curd.

The chocolate mud cake is filled and covered with chocolate ganache.

Our fruit cakes are covered in marzipan.
